• practice identifying the difference between a debate and a dialogue

• reflect on the possibilities — and limitations — inherent in online communication

• practice respecting others’ viewpoints while maintaining your own

• experience how humor and/or a lighter approach can help you find ease in tense moments

• learn how an improv mindset can bolster your approach to difficult conversations, both on and offline
